When you email us to hear about PlingPling, we keep your email address so we can tell you when the app launches. We use it for nothing else, and we delete it after the launch.

Why, and on what basis
We use your email address only to tell you when PlingPling launches, and to answer your message if you asked us something. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by emailing us. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
PlingPling is made by Travalytics together with Trivector Mobility. We share your email address with Trivector Mobility only so they can help us notify you about the launch. They may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We delete your email address once the launch notification has been sent, and no later than 31 March 2027.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing plingpling@travalytics.io. If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you can also contact the Swedish privacy authority, IMY.
