Delete in the app
- Open PlingPling and sign in.
- Go to Account > Delete account.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Delete without the app
Email hello@travalytics.io (subject: "PlingPling privacy") from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within one month.
What is deleted
- Your account, including your email address
- Your reports
- Your votes on reports
- Your saved routes
What remains, and for how long
Records kept to limit request rates contain only your account ID and a time. They expire within 2 days.
